She shaped strategies and led programs on corporate power, workers&#8217; rights, supply chains, and climate justice. Roxanne was the Director of Programs at Speak Up Africa, where she advanced sustainable development and policy change across Africa. She also worked at the Horn of Africa Regional Environment Centre in Ethiopia, partnering with the Ministry of Environment to establish key environmental institutions. Roxanne holds a Master of International Affairs in Human Rights from Columbia University and a B.S. in Psychology, Anthropology, and Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh.
